Nicole without a doubt was the best realtor experience I have ever encountered. While I hold a brokers license, I no longer actively work in the industry, so as a seller I am very demanding and this raving review should tell you how competent she truly is. She was extremely well prepared when we initially met to discuss the marketing strategy for selling our home. Being an analytical seller, she had all the comps, current listings, and most importantly a very well thought out & detailed strategy including a punch list for items we needed to address prior to listing, an exact timeline, and price. She then consistently communicated on our progress to get prepared and next steps including photos, staging, and was there at a moment's notice to answer any questions during what is typically a stressful time for all sellers. She empathized the smallest concerns and questions we had from the selling side and put us at ease and reassure everything was covered, and it was. We listed on a key day around a holiday and received multiple offers because of the work she put in prior to going live on the MLS. Honestly, it was all the little intangibles that she thought through and executed on PRIOR to listing day that made the house sell quickly and over our asking price. We have referred everyone who was thinking about buying or selling to her because of our incredible experience. Currently my wife & I are having her assist us with our next purchase and will continue to recommend Nicole to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate. Competent agents are hard to find, but Rockstar agents like Nicole are truly special!

Nicole is an incredible agent. Her knowledge, patience and persistence were so appreciated I'm a new buyer in Florida. My favorite story is when, on no notice, Nicole called and arranged to have a nearby major hotel turn off the pool lights so I could see what the view would look like after the pools closing time.
