John was the listing agent for selling our Florida house. He was very well informed of all aspects of the selling process, (marketing, staging, price adjustment, etc.) and he paid close attention to each and every detail. Since we, the sellers, were out of state, John took on the added responsibility of checking on the house regularly, especially after the two major hurricanes, Helene and Milton, hit the area. Tiffanie was wonderful in helping us find a great house in Tampa - she took us around everywhere, educated us about the locals and neighborhoods.
