David was an incredible resource when we were purchasing our home. He has a long career (20+ years) in real estate and knows the Tampa Bay and surrounding area extremely well. He is very personable, readily available and genuinely cares. It is abundantly clear that he aims to ensure that his clients find the right property for them and is not just about making a sale. He goes above and beyond to research properties and assist with any questions that arise. He helped us navigate through the entire process including selecting an area, coordinating the details with the mortgage and title companies and beyond. He has remained a valuable asset even after closing and with his contacts in the industry has helped coordinate repairs, renovations and whatever else we have needed in our new home. I am truly thankful to have had the opportunity of working with David to help us find our home. His knowledge, dedication and compassion made our experience a very pleasant one. I will only work with David moving forward and I recommend him to everyone looking to purchase a home. There are many realtors around but few with the experience and care that David possesses.

Where to start! Irma came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. Completely professional with a true desire to take care of our needs and wants in our hunt to find the perfect Florida home. My husband and I relocated from Michigan and our biggest struggle was finding the perfect location. Irma made us feel completely at ease, she did not rush us or make us feel any pressure to hurry up and make a decision. Irma dedicated two full days to help us find the perfect house, on one of two visits to house hunt, even though our desired area was two hours south of her traditional territory. My husband and I were blown away by the dedication and attention Irma gave us, she made us feel like her only client... and we knew she had a full plate, helping other family’s find and sell their homes. That’s just who she is, truly kind, fun and dedicated to her clients. Irma is our Florida realtor. We don’t plan to work with anyone else!
