She was always looking out for my interests no matter how minor the detail. She was very patient with me. Considering that she was not from the area she was knowledgeable of area. I recently purchased a house from out of state, and Meagan was outstanding helping me throughout the process, from negotiating the price, going to the inspection, referring me to a property manager, getting some repairs done, and getting the utilities set up. The entire transaction went very smooth, she got the repairs done literally the same day we closed, and the property manager had the property listed for rent the next day! It was really amazing. I contacted her out of the blue one day, and after talking to her a couple of times, felt very comfortable to be working with her. There was a lot of research that needed to be done on the property prior to us making an offer, and she got it all done over a Saturday/Sunday, for a client she just met. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the area, and hopefully will be doing other deals with her in the future.

Melissa was very responsive to my requests to look at houses and was often available on very short notice and would schedule multiple houses to view because I needed to purchase a house quickly. She prioritized trying to understand my goals for the house purchase in order to make our outings as productive as possible. She previewed houses for me when I was not available, and that was very helpful in streamlining the purchase. She had a lot of great recommendations for other service providers in the purchase process, as well as providers of services for the house itself. She wanted to do whatever was necessary to make the house buying process as smooth and easy as it could be for me. She strikes the right balance of providing information, while also guiding the buyer through the process in a productive manner. Overall, Melissa is very focused on providing customized service to each of her clients in order for them to successfully buy the right house for them while maintaining transparency in the process, which results in her clients being very happy with both their house and her shepherding of them through the process. Finding and buying the right house is a very challenging process, and if you hire Melissa you will have a very competent advocate for you in that process.
