I have worked with Meagan several times and she goes above and beyond in her efforts to both buy and sell a property. I have seen Meagan point out flaws and guide you away from potential problems and sales all because she wants you to have your perfect house and one that honestly fits your needs. She is not a sale at all cost but more of a do what's right and you'll get the reward. On selling a property she listens and suggests without being overbearing. She is not afraid to help in any way and I've seen her get her hands dirty because she wants the best showing possible. Again I have bought and sold several from and with her and she has done a excellent job. With now over 45 homes bought and sold I can pick out the good realtors and she is one of the good ones. I highly recommend.

Janina represented us as buyers on a home. Within minutes of meeting her, we felt like friends. Not only was she personable, but very professional. She was quick to respond to any request or question, very patient with multiple questions (!), and she knows a lot about every aspect of buying/selling homes. She went above and beyond in helping us purchase the home. We were new to Florida and she answered SO MANY questions we had that were out of her "real estate" job description. Any recommendation she had for the inspector, lender, etc. were top notch as well. From beginning to end, she was a HUGE asset to us and we are so glad we met her!
