Toni was absolutely brilliant throughout my entire house selling process. She took time to answer each question and go over everything with me in great detail. At no point did I feel overwhelmed or lost thanks to her guidance and patience. I appreciated her candidness and positivity on getting my house ready to put on the market, as well as her business savvy when we were discussing the offers I received. She uses social media well to her advantage to generate interest when it comes to selling homes and it shows in the results! I have already recommended her to family for when they are ready to sell their homes. I would absolutely use her as my realtor again in a heartbeat!

She brings honesty and integrity to the process in addition to rapidly addressing my questions and concerns Via phone, text and email so the process moved along quickly. She knows the market, works well with other realtors and helped this nervous seller through the process and made it easier for me. She made sure we quickly resolved issues with regard to home preparation and selling, and gave excellent feedback and suggestions, and kept me informed along the way. We got to closing in a timely manner despite the hurdles presented by early Covid state of Emergency. I would DEFINITELY use her again whether buying or selling.
