Simple put, this was my third home purchase and Ms. Woodrum is by far the best Real Estate Agent I’ve used. More specifically, “Mannie” was very responsive and took the time to help educate my wife and I on the local area and provide her many years of experience/advice to help guide us to our dream home. Chelce and Mannie made home purchasing a breeze and even helped us close within an amazing short timeline. Mannie also helped steered us to an incredible finance company, insurance company, and home inspectors who were cheaper and better than any others we researched (and we did a lot of research). In the end, Mannie found us our dream home in an very competitive market and we purchased, sight unseen, thanks to all her support, professionalism, and helping address any of our concerns. She’s amazing and if you’re looking for a real estate agent, they don’t get any better than Mannie.

Toni was absolutely brilliant throughout my entire house selling process. She took time to answer each question and go over everything with me in great detail. At no point did I feel overwhelmed or lost thanks to her guidance and patience. I appreciated her candidness and positivity on getting my house ready to put on the market, as well as her business savvy when we were discussing the offers I received. She uses social media well to her advantage to generate interest when it comes to selling homes and it shows in the results! Tina Lewis was exactly who I needed to help me sell my mid century modern home in Pinellas County. She brings honesty and integrity to the process in addition to rapidly addressing my questions and concerns Via phone, text and email so the process moved along quickly. She knows the market, works well with other realtors and helped this nervous seller through the process and made it easier for me. She made sure we quickly resolved issues with regard to home preparation and selling, and gave excellent feedback and suggestions, and kept me informed along the way. We got to closing in a timely manner despite the hurdles presented by early Covid state of Emergency. I would DEFINITELY use her again whether buying or selling.
