Madelyn Liddell was an asset to me in finding and purchasing a home. She is a professional that knows very well the real estate industry and the local market. Madelyn is very responsive and maintains a high level of communication during the process. She obviously has a strong work ethic and went above and beyond the call of duty for me...for example meeting me at 800am on a Sunday morning to try and squeeze in a last minute bid on a house.
