Exceptional Service
Laurie and Jim are the gold standard of realtors. Aside from knowing the local market extremely well, being exceptional communicators, and holding themselves to the highest degree of professionalism, they are also just some of the best people you will ever meet. They both were available 24/7 to discuss our needs, and were able to communicate technical and confusing industry terms in simple and straightforward ways that we could understand. They went out of their way to mediate on our behalf with multiple entities, to include the lender, insurance, inspectors, the seller agents and others, allowing us to have a single point of contact to reach out to whenever we needed anything related to our upcoming house. They offered relevant insight on the properties we viewed, often times coming up with pro's and con's we had not thought of previously; all because they are so intimately familiar with this are of operations, not only geographically, but as a profession as well. They have a plethora of contacts in the area who are available for all kinds of things, some of them willing to help Laurie and Jim's clients pro bono with small issues, simply because they know this team is comprised of two amazing individuals who value loyalty and quality service. This is the second time we have used their services, and I give them my highest of recommendations to anyone looking for the best realtors in the business. No need to shop around anymore... these are the people you want helping you in this big life decision.

Jane went above and beyond
Jane was amazing to work with! She was friendly, always available (day or night), and truly listened to what I needed. Top Notch Realtor
It was a joy working with Mary! She pursued so many listings for me and followed up with the realtor/seller to obtain additional information. As an out of state buyer, Mary organized showings for me in a way that maximized my time while in Florida - and she was very generous with her time while I was visiting. Mary was very knowledgeable about the whole Tampa Bay area. She helped me find a neighborhood that fit my lifestyle - and she paid close attention to all my home preferences. She made sure all of our showings checked off the major items on my list! Once I selected a home, Mary provided me lots of guidance on next steps and tips for making sure I was prepared for the next step. During walk throughs of the house, Mary paid attention to details I was not even thinking of - which I greatly appreciated! Mary was always full of energy and had a positive attitude. A Billion Stars...And then Some!!!
There aren't enough stars in the sky to rate our fantastic experience with Steve & Sandra Vigil!!! They are personable, attentive to your needs, and a great couple to work with!!! We didn't have your ordinary home to sell; as a matter of fact, it was a geodesic dome home! AND, Steve & Sandra sold it in less than 8 days--how fantastic is that??? Could you do better??? We can't say enough "thank yous" to Steve & Sandra, but we are very thankful and grateful for the excellent service they provided us! You won't be disappointed should you hire this team of experts!
