Jane Federoff was tasked with selling our father's condo after his death. The condo was not cared for or updated prior to his death. Jane found the people to clean it and repair what needed to be done to sell it. She worked with a very difficult and unknowledgeable estate representative to make the sale, always staying on top of things for the estate. She also went through the condo and kept out personal items for the heirs, and turned them over when one could get to south FL. We are grateful to Jane for her caring and persevering attitude.

When we started this process, we were not in any rush and did not expect to find "the needle in the haystack" of requirements that we had on our list to be easily found. However, Alissa was amazing at honing in on our requests and requirements to find exactly what we were looking for within two months of beginning our search. We expected it to take more than six months at least which is why we started our search 9 months before our lease was up. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it allowed us the flexibility to do the remodeling we wanted to accomplish prior to actually moving into our new home. This is the hardest working man in the Real Estate business. Our house was going to be a hard sell, had loads of charm but a list of many problems, large and small but Victor wasn’t afraid to take it on. The list of things he did for us is long just suffice to say he pulled out a great sale. He had beautiful open house days, ran great ads with out of this world photos of our home and was full of ideas, every problem was somehow turned into an asset and he held our hand thru-out the process.
