Alissa was a JOY to work with. She never made us feel like our questions were ‘dumb’ to ask (& I’m sure there were plenty of those). We could text or call her at any time with questions or concerns & she was ALWAYS quick to respond. She’d either drive to meet us or, provide us with an answer we could understand. We’ve sold many homes in our 30 years together & I can say without hesitation ~ Alissa was the best realtor we’ve had. We heard from the nay sayers: “Our condo wouldn’t sell & IF by chance it did, it would be on the market for many months”. We had multiple strikes against us even before we listed it. Condos in FL tend to have bad reputations. Whether it’s misuse of funds by the condo association, the exorbitant HOA dues OR, the constantly rising insurance rates. Additionally interest rates to procure a loan didn’t help our cause either. Buyers are understandably nervous to buy condos especially with hurricane season right around the corner.
