Meagan worked hard in finding me my dream home in Florida and she went way beyond just selling me a home. She was my eyes and ears and she viewed properties for me and sent me videos and pics of properties since I was unable to travel from the north. Also, Meagan answered all my questions and she would take all my phone calls no matter what time of time of day which included late nights and weekends. We would have conversations that went beyond just talking about the property and she became a friend. Back in 2020 when the real estate market was beginning to get really crazy, I decided to buy my first house. I was really nervous about the process, especially in the conditions of the market. From the very first conversation I had with Hugo I knew he was a one-of-a-kind realtor. I had been in contact with several other realtors during this time and they all made me feel like my purchase was not their priority. Unfortunately, I had not been approved for a huge amount and I genuinely felt that most realtors were not too interested in spending much time on my purchase, obviously, it was in their best interest to reserve their time for clients with more money, where more profit was on the table. Hugo was different, not only did he treat me with respect and value, I don't think I have ever met such a hard-working realtor in my life. This is an understatement, to say the least. Working with Hugo was almost like having a personal assistant, a friend, who somehow managed to make himself available 7 days a week. What I found most interesting was that over the course of the next few months while working with him, I observed that it was not just I who he treated this way. Hugo gives every one of his clients the respect and time they deserve. His work ethic is incredible, not something you see every day. Not only was he hard-working, this guy really knows the industry and is a great communicator. He is a good people person, and this always works in your favor when he is trying to get the best deal for you possible. I plan to purchase more properties with Hugo in the next few years. He is my official realtor now, and I'm sure if you work with him you will have an amazing experience and find the right home.
