She was excellent. She knew the area very well and provided information about beaches and amenities in the area. The process was smooth and took only about three weeks to closing. She provided listings that met our criteria and budget, showed listings we selected, and helped us evaluate them. She was very responsive. She timely responded to communications and provided requested information. She advised on offer and helped negotiate resolution of inspection items. I even recommemded her to my sister and a friend.
