Back in 2020 when the real estate market was beginning to get really crazy, I decided to buy my first house. I was really nervous about the process, especially in the conditions of the market. From the very first conversation I had with Hugo I knew he was a one-of-a-kind realtor. I had been in contact with several other realtors during this time and they all made me feel like my purchase was not their priority. Unfortunately, I had not been approved for a huge amount and I genuinely felt that most realtors were not too interested in spending much time on my purchase, obviously, it was in their best interest to reserve their time for clients with more money, where more profit was on the table. Hugo was different, not only did he treat me with respect and value, I don't think I have ever met such a hard-working realtor in my life. This is an understatement, to say the least.
