Kathy knew what she was doing - from finding the right staging company to helping me coordinate needed upgrades to get the highest price. She was in Florida/I was in Wisconsin, so we did all "virtual" meetings and they were frequent enough to keep me in the loop. Through every bump in the road (competition lowering their prices, multiple nearby listings, etc.), Kathy gave me assurance the sale would come through quickly...and it did! We requested a showing of a condo through realtor.com. Alexia answered right away and showed the condo the next day. We had to return home and planned to return in a couple months to visit more condos. Alexia had searched for condos with our criteria and sent updates of new condos regularly. Two months turned into 8 months before we were able to return due to Covid-19. During the 8 months, Alexia sent us regular updates and other helpful info on purchasing in FL. When we finally returned to FL, the search had been narrowed to a few locations. We made an offer on a condo the same day and closed in 30 days. Alexia provided referrals for any services needed in FL and was available to assist with any requests. We loved working with Alexia...professional, personable, knowledgeable, and always a positive attitude.
