I met Darlene Sheets through a business networking group in 2006. In 2009, I had she listed and subsequently sold my home in St. Petersburg. It was an extremely difficult situation and the deal almost fell through a few times. Darlene worked tirelessly and with the utmost professionalism at all times throughout the process. She communicated with the buyer's agent, the mortgage companies, the tenant at the home, and worked with everyone to close the deal.
