It was a pleasure working with Darlene selling my dad’s home. She had some good suggestions on a few cosmetic improvements to the house that would positively impact it’s value to buyers. She was knowledgeable of the Seminole area real estate and was able to recommend a price that would generate interest in and get the most for the house. Darlene had to work a bit harder on this property since she has to sell the house three times due to the first two buyers backing out but she was always professional and positive. Irinia was an exceptional realtor. She went above and beyond what I anticipated in assisting me in finding my dream home. Once we found the home she wasted no time putting in an offer and ensuring that the paperwork was completed on time and correctly.
