My mom, Audrey Paight and I worked with Darlene to find a comfortable home she could downsize to. We really can’t say enough good things about Darlene; she is knowledgeable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. Darlene even took my mom on errands before she brought her back home one-day after looking at houses. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Darlene helped us make competitive offer in a market where houses like the one we found go quickly off the market. I hope we’re in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Darlene again or give her anything but the highest recommendation.

We worked with Darlene and her team to purchase our first home and it was a wonderful experience. The process was smooth from start to finish. Darlene was professional, responsive and very helpful with each step. We were ready for a very stressful ordeal because that’s what we’ve heard from friends about purchasing a home but it actually was nothing like that. She will be our go to for any future real estate needs and we will definitely recommend her to any friends of ours looking to purchase or sell property.

We had Darlene market our home for us, and found the entire process to be a breeze! She brought in a stager and a professional photographer, both of whom were really able to showcase the unique features of our custom home. Darlene has a passion for what she does, and it shows! We found her to be professional, knowledgeable and highly ethical. She informed us of every detail along the way, and brought us multiple offers within days of listing our home. Darlene sold our home in only 8 days - above list price! Thank you Darlene!

Absolutely the best! She got my home on the market and sold super quick even with me living there with 4 animals. Top realtor and very knowledgeable!

It was a pleasure working with Darlene selling my dad’s home. She had some good suggestions on a few cosmetic improvements to the house that would positively impact it’s value to buyers. She was knowledgeable of the Seminole area real estate and was able to recommend a price that would generate interest in and get the most for the house. Darlene had to work a bit harder on this property since she has to sell the house three times due to the first two buyers backing out but she was always professional and positive. Throughout the entire process Darlene took care of all the details and made things easy for me. I would highly recommend Darlene for your real estate needs.

I worked with Irina to sell my home and really can't say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home is challenging, but working with Irina made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend her.

Irinia was an exceptional realtor. She went above and beyond what I anticipated in assisting me in finding my dream home. Once we found the home she wasted no time putting in an offer and ensuring that the paperwork was completed on time and correctly. I was her first VA loan buyer and if I asked a question that she wasn't 100% sure on, she got the answer immediately. She is very knowledgeable in her field and does her job with passion. There was a small hiccup in our time working together due to miscommunication from the lender, however Irina was able to get this situation under control in no time. She worked around the clock to ensure I was getting the best care. Even after I closed on my home and had questions Irina was there to answer them all. If I am ever looking for a home again, she will definitely be my first choice and I would recommend her to anyone.

Darlene was the perfect realtor for me. She was recommended by a personal friend. I usually am extremely diligent in finding the right professional for my needs. When I met her, I was very impressed with her knowledge of the condo I was selling. She had brought some comps and recent sales in the neighborhood. We listed the home after a few recommended touch-ups, and had an offer withing seven days! I was floored! Needless to say, I will and would recommend her to anyone who is searching for the right realtor.

Darlene was an excellent realtor! She was very kind and did not try to push us into something we didn't want even though we didn't have a lot of time to find a house. She helped us find a house on short notice and was very responsive to phone calls, emails and most importantly, our needs. The purchase went very smooth and we were able to close in just over 30 days.
