My husband and I live in California, and we owned my mother's Palm Harbor home. When it was time for Mom to move into a retirement facility, we needed someone local who could handle the house sale for us. Cathy was a godsend. She helped with so much, including coordinating with workers who were readying the house for sale--something that would have been impossible for us to do. Cathy is exactly the person who should help you with your real estate needs. She's great, and we're so thankful for her.

During these uncertain times, Jan was with us every step of the way. She would show up to the house to let me know when something needed attention. Put together a great digital presentation, since we couldn’t have showings anymore. Very knowledgeable about the whole process. I’m a repeat customer with Jan, and have recommended friends and family who are equally pleased.

Jan was phenomenal!! When we first met, I knew she was the agent for us! She was knowledgeable, funny, trustworthy, and honest. During our search for a location she sent us daily emails to review based on our wish list. We finally decided on new build and Jan was with us for every meeting ensuring we were supported and knew the right questions to ask. She would meet us at the site weekly and if we weren’t able to be there she would stop by on our behalf. I appreciated how much she communicated with us along the way making us feel like friends and not just business partners. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Jan, she was absolutely wonderful throughout our build and because of her advise, input, and support we have the home of our dreams!!! I recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy, sell, or build!!!

Darlene helped us buy a new home and sell our old home. She is sharp, intelligent, and responsive. She was able to provide guidance on both fronts when selling and buying. When looking for a new home, she proactively suggested questions she could ask the sellers to help us get a better understanding of the home’s value. She was always available to show us homes, even at last minute if needed. It was clear to me that she knows her subject matter, and her guidance gave me more confidence in buying and selling. With selling our old home, Darlene had us under contract in 1 day!!! Darlene explained that she planned heavy advertising and her expectations were that we would be under contract within 10 days. I was cautiously optimistic but didn’t want to get my hopes up. Then she called at the end of day 1 with multiple offers. I highly recommend Darlene and would absolutely work with her again.
