Jan was phenomenal!! When we first met, I knew she was the agent for us! She was knowledgeable, funny, trustworthy, and honest. During our search for a location she sent us daily emails to review based on our wish list. We finally decided on new build and Jan was with us for every meeting ensuring we were supported and knew the right questions to ask. She would meet us at the site weekly and if we weren’t able to be there she would stop by on our behalf. I appreciated how much she communicated with us along the way making us feel like friends and not just business partners. I truly can’t say enough positive things about Jan, she was absolutely wonderful throughout our build and because of her advise, input, and support we have the home of our dreams!!! Darlene helped us buy a new home and sell our old home. She is sharp, intelligent, and responsive. She was able to provide guidance on both fronts when selling and buying. When looking for a new home, she proactively suggested questions she could ask the sellers to help us get a better understanding of the home’s value. She was always available to show us homes, even at last minute if needed. It was clear to me that she knows her subject matter, and her guidance gave me more confidence in buying and selling. With selling our old home, Darlene had us under contract in 1 day!!! Darlene explained that she planned heavy advertising and her expectations were that we would be under contract within 10 days.
