Wonderful! She got my house on the market and sold super quick. She also worked around my busy schedule and 4 animals. I could not of asked for a better realtor.

Darlene was extremely helpful as an out of state buyer. She guided me through the process in this area as it differs slightly from what I am accustomed to. She went above and beyond from showing us multiple listings, thinking outside the box, and providing us help in all facets of this move and transition to becoming a Florida resident, I highly recommend.

Darlene sold our home in 24 days for 417,500. We were very pleased with the price it sold for and the way Darlene handled the whole process. We interviewed 5 realtors and Darlene was by far the most prepared and professional realtor we spoke to. She combined her expertise with a kind and caring personality and attitude. I can be somewhat difficult to work with at times as I am extremely particular about how things are handled. Darlene met and exceeded my expectations. She had her own person for staging which made a HUGE difference and her photographer was amazing and came out twice for day and evening shots. If you want your house sold quickly with no loose ends and you want TOP DOLLAR for your home then call Darlene.

First time homebuyers (terrified)- VA loan. Darlene was recommended by a friend whose condo she had just sold. She did not waste time gathering info on what we were looking for and the search began. She is very professional and sharp as a tack. Being first timers- we knew nothing about the process. Darlene was sure to answer every question we had in detail until we understood. We called, she answered. She never left us wondering what was going on. We started in late July with her and closed on our new home on 9/11/19. Darlene goes above and beyond and makes the impossible..possible... She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Did I mention sharp as a tack too? She makes your search for a forever home- her search. If you have a chance to work with her... jump on it... You wont be disappointed... She does her best to make sure that you are not!

Hired Darlene to sell my mother's condo. Her fantastic staging and professional photography helped the property stand out from the competition and her negotiation skills solved several issues that we had with various buyers. If I needed a realtor again I would hire Darlene.

Darlene knew exactly what we should list for. She was willing and able to meet every need, including helping us to hire contractors to do work needed on our home. Before we even left the home when we were showing it to her yo talk about selling, she had contractors there to give estimates. This was our third experience with Darlene and we will be using her again soon! She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. She’s so responsive. Truly a pleasure to work with.
