First time homebuyers (terrified)- VA loan. Darlene was recommended by a friend whose condo she had just sold. She did not waste time gathering info on what we were looking for and the search began. She is very professional and sharp as a tack. Being first timers- we knew nothing about the process. Darlene was sure to answer every question we had in detail until we understood. Darlene sold our home in 24 days for 417,500. We were very pleased with the price it sold for and the way Darlene handled the whole process. We interviewed 5 realtors and Darlene was by far the most prepared and professional realtor we spoke to. She combined her expertise with a kind and caring personality and attitude.
