We interviewed 5 realtors and Darlene was by far the most prepared and professional realtor we spoke to. She combined her expertise with a kind and caring personality and attitude. First time homebuyers (terrified)- VA loan. Darlene was recommended by a friend whose condo she had just sold. She did not waste time gathering info on what we were looking for and the search began. It was a pleasure working with Darlene selling my dad’s home. She had some good suggestions on a few cosmetic improvements to the house that would positively impact it’s value to buyers. She was knowledgeable of the Seminole area real estate and was able to recommend a price that would generate interest in and get the most for the house. Darlene had to work a bit harder on this property since she has to sell the house three times due to the first two buyers backing out but she was always professional and positive.
