I thought I would just get our house appraised and sell it to the neighbors. I would save commision fees and all would be easy. The neighbors couldn't afford it. We had to quickly move cross-country to deal with a relative's health issues. We decided to hire Kevin because he was a long term Happy Trails resident and we figured that would be most important for the sale of our house.
