We had our home For Sale by Owner. Randy was the 3rd Buyer Agent to contact us. To be clear Randy was the only agent to contact us who actually represented a buyer. Randy brought as a good and fair offer within a few days of his only showing. There was some negotiation afterwards regarding a few issues found at inspection and Randy handled that in a direct and professional manner. How to describe Sarah? She's AWESOME! Super friendly, and I called her the "bulldog". I reference this because she's not afraid to go after what her clients want but in very respectful manner. We purchased our home sight unseen. New to area and have never lived in Florida before. She guided us to safe areas for our family of 5 and helped us find the right home. She would tell us if a home wasn't worth our time and would get us a virtual walk through on every home that was. The market is crazy right now. We found out 60 days before our move that buying was our only option. Sarah worked quick, diligently and had us under contract in under 1.5 weeks! It was amazing! She was realistic with us, honest, listened to our need and wants in a home and kept us updated on every step of the way. After several realtors, we found Randy “The Man”. I can’t tell you how happy we were. He really dedicates all his time for you! I have to admit, I’m not an easy homebuyer, but Randy didn’t mind our million questions, going back out and showing us more houses or even reshowing them again; rain or shine. He found our home in Palm Bay which we recently had him sell after 3 years and he recommended us with a realtor here in GA. Randy is not your typical realtor, he’s a true friend!
