Randy got it sold quick so I could move into my next place. He took care of everything he was suppose to. The pictures the photographer had taken were beautiful. Randy also sat at the closing if I needed help. Really nice person.

I was searching for a good property to purchase in the Melbourne area, close to the Space Coast but inland. I was in contact with several agents regarding some listings that I was interested in. None of them had the proper information on the up front costs would be except Pamela. This prevented me from getting into a contract without some important details. Saved me a lot of money and time. We made a good deal on a property that has worked out well. As a result, I arranged another property purchase through Pamela that we just closed on. Also a great deal. Eventually, when we move to this area, we will have Pamela find us our personal home.

I worked with Randy for over a year, dealing with selling my unit in Palm Bay. He by far, went over and above, his pay rate, to get my place sold. Several times I was caught up in long distance issues, that he came to bat for me, and resolved them. He always kept me in the loop, even when the market stalled, giving me excellent advice and encouragement. I highly recommend, that if you have property to sell, Randy is the man to get the job done! Hello, I had the pleasure of speaking to Lynn Steffen while living in Massachusetts. My husband and I were getting ready to retire and her name was given to me from a family member. Lynn was amazing from the very beginning. I spoke to her what I was looking for and what I wanted to avoid. My husband and I kept debating whether to retire in South Carolina or Florida. I was leaning toward South Carolina. After we retired, my husband took a road trip to help us decide, and I was still set on South Carolina. We even found a community there that we liked. Since we were heading to Florida to visit family, I decided to call Lynn to see what was available in Florida. She was ready to help and showed us a few homes. Lynn was professional, knowledgeable, through and really listened to what I wanted, even when I wasn’t sure myself. Lynn does thing carefully and with great attention to detail, as we know is important! She explained the pros and cons of Florida homes and what it’s like to live in a gated community. I trusted her completely. She brought us to the wonderful community where we now live, and we couldn’t be happier. Lynn made sure all my paperwork was done on time and sent to the right people.
