I have used Lynn as my realtor several times for buying and selling. She is the absolute best. In this last sale, my home was under contract with a difficult buyer who kept asking for more repairs on an “as is” contract. His realtor was absent most of the process, but Lynn persevered, keeping things on track. Her patience with the buyer says a lot about her interpersonal skills; she is a true professional.
