She has a thorough understanding of not only the regional market, but the real estate market as a whole, and utilizes her knowledge to guide you through the entire home purchasing process. He communication and follow up are impeccable from start to finish, to even checking in after its all said and done to see if she can offer any assistance. I can’t say enough about how great my experience with Lynn Steffen was. I was moving from Miami to Melbourne I was buying my first home of my own and it was a three hour drive I was in need of a home in a hurry Lynn was recommended to me by a friend it turned out to be the best recommendation ever. Because it was three hours away it was hard for me to keep driving here she was so wonderful she did a FaceTime showing of homes for me and that was the day I saw the house I ended up buying she actually took the time to drive to multiple homes and then call me on FaceTime and show them to me that shows the kind of caring and kindness she has, she went out of her way to do that for me when I couldn’t get here. I can’t say enough about how she took the time to explain everything I needed to know being a first time buyer she is and was the best realtor I could ask for. Her knowledge and experience shined through she was there for all my questions all my calls my craziness I needed a home quickly and I love the home she found for me. She’s the best!!!
