Kelly is an outstanding realtor. I have worked with many over the years, and I must say she stands apart from the rest and is an expert at what she does. She has a thorough understanding of not only the regional market, but the real estate market as a whole, and utilizes her knowledge to guide you through the entire home purchasing process. He communication and follow up are impeccable from start to finish, to even checking in after its all said and done to see if she can offer any assistance. I have never had a realtor so invested in my needs. It really was a tremendous relief to know I had her by my side in all areas. Her professionalism is what drew me to her from the beginning. I can’t say enough about how great my experience with Lynn Steffen was. I was moving from Miami to Melbourne I was buying my first home of my own and it was a three hour drive I was in need of a home in a hurry Lynn was recommended to me by a friend it turned out to be the best recommendation ever. Because it was three hours away it was hard for me to keep driving here she was so wonderful she did a FaceTime showing of homes for me and that was the day I saw the house I ended up buying she actually took the time to drive to multiple homes and then call me on FaceTime and show them to me that shows the kind of caring and kindness she has, she went out of her way to do that for me when I couldn’t get here. I can’t say enough about how she took the time to explain everything I needed to know being a first time buyer she is and was the best realtor I could ask for. Her knowledge and experience shined through she was there for all my questions all my calls my craziness I needed a home quickly and I love the home she found for me. She’s the best!!!

The many miles, my lack of knowledge of real estate and my age separated me from my long-held property so I had to truly put my trust on the line in selling Perch Lane! The wife of one of my elementary kids from the late 60's strongly recommended Pamela Rayfield and after communicating with her, there was no need to search further. I was going to be flying by the seat of my pants but in every step of the way, Pamela was there for me. Even after the sale when a problem with the wire transfer arose, Pamela was on the spot ready to act on my behalf immediately...but the problem was defused before she had to act; however, the confidence she exuded throughout the whole process suppressed my fears in this extraordinary experience and I knew I could count on her to make right whatever was awry.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Randy Neuman on my last purchase in Brevard County, FL. It is rear to find a realtor that is objective in the advice they provide, client keeping in mind that this is a commissioned base profession/service. However, Randy was very objective, and boy is he knowledgeable of his market, market trends, attributes of the various communities and pricing trends. He was very professional and punctual (he was always on spot before me, lol). He has this unique ability to filter information noise and present only data relevant to your search/purchase. I should also mention that he is very familiar with the purchase/sale process, working with attorneys and title companies. Thank you Randy for your guidance and advice on my purchase.
