I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Randy Neuman on my last purchase in Brevard County, FL. It is rear to find a realtor that is objective in the advice they provide, client keeping in mind that this is a commissioned base profession/service. However, Randy was very objective, and boy is he knowledgeable of his market, market trends, attributes of the various communities and pricing trends. He was very professional and punctual (he was always on spot before me, lol). He has this unique ability to filter information noise and present only data relevant to your search/purchase. Diane could not have been nicer and more knowledgable. We called her on a Monday and the nest day she had sent us options and we were in seeing properties by Wednesday. She knew the comps of the area, the history of buildings, and each market area. My Agent Diane was everything. She is the real deal for anyone trying to buy a home for the first or investment. She is very knowledgeable, informative and very supportive. Diane would do weekly and sometimes daily check in with me during my home buying process. Diane would take time out of her busy schedule to do various walk through on the property as it was being built. Diane unmeasurable support was very comforting especially relocating from one state to another. Diane really became an extended family member. Nancy Taylor and her team are fantastic. I live in Indiana so the entire sale was handled remotely. Nancy knows her real estate market and the asking price of the home was right on target. I was always kept advised of everything involving every aspect of the sale: needed repairs, contracts, counter offers, etc. etc. She was in constant contact with me either by text, e-mail or phone. Lynn was. Pleasure to work with.
