Diane could not have been nicer and more knowledgable. We called her on a Monday and the nest day she had sent us options and we were in seeing properties by Wednesday. She knew the comps of the area, the history of buildings, and each market area. She went above and beyond facilitating every aspect of the sale from showing, to bidding, inspections and closing with personalized and caring service. I cannot recommend her enough.

My Agent Diane was everything. She is the real deal for anyone trying to buy a home for the first or investment. She is very knowledgeable, informative and very supportive. Diane would do weekly and sometimes daily check in with me during my home buying process. Diane would take time out of her busy schedule to do various walk through on the property as it was being built. Diane unmeasurable support was very comforting especially relocating from one state to another. Diane really became an extended family member. Nancy Taylor and her team are fantastic. I live in Indiana so the entire sale was handled remotely. Nancy knows her real estate market and the asking price of the home was right on target.
