We couldn't have done this without Elisha!
We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Elisha Nelson. We were first-time home buyers who had very little knowledge on how to find the right home for us. Elisha learned what we were looking for and quickly started showing us several properties. He was always so hands-on, which took a lot of pressure off of us. He made our happiness his top priority from day one. Anytime we had any questions, he was quick to respond and always available when we needed him. Even in a fast market, we never felt pressured to make an offer. When we did find the “one”, he was quick to make it happen. Elisha was so patient with us and so honest about the whole process. Even when things got stressful, he was there to reassure us. He is the perfect person for this job! I would recommend him for any of your buying needs. He definitely won’t let you down. We couldn’t have done this without him.

Randy will take care of you.
Randy found us a great house. However, we had a bad experience with a lender and lost it because of them. Randy was excellent at giving us all the right information at the right times. He always let us know when things needed to get done and answered all of our many many questions. Once we got a better lender, we called on Randy again and he found us an even better house! We closed on it just before Thanksgiving and Randy helped us every step of the way. We are thankful for his great service!

Truly 5 star service
We were having a issue selling our land despite offering a great deal and taking a loss. Several realtors tried but not a single offer. Listed with Randy and sold within 1-2months. Found him to be friendly and courteous.

Amazing agent
We were relocating to the area and lucked I to getting Pam as an agent. Pam was incredibly patient with us, and was incredibly valuable for her knowledge of the area, where to look and where not to, and went far above and beyond to help us find our home. She went to bat for us and helped us navigate issues caused by other, less skilled agents. She also was able to get us linked up with people to resolve issues found in the inspection. I couldn't imagine a better agent.

Randy exceeded every expectation
I have a home in Pa and Florida when I decided to sell my home in Florida I knew I wanted to list with Berkshire Hathaway a friend recommended Randy to me. My son partners with me on the house and he interviewed several real estate agents and agreed with me Randy was our best choice Randy co ordinated all the staging / presentation / and paper work. The house was sold for more the. The asking price in three days Through the entire process Randy took care of everything. I have sold at least 8 houses over my life and I would say Randy was the best agent I have ever used
