My family & I have had many experiences with realtors in the past, but Kim is truly one of a kind & amazing at her craft. After relocating from California to Florida to be closer to more family, Kim’s communication was wonderful throughout the whole process, even talking for several months before we made the move to get the understanding of Florida real estate. We arrived and met with her the following week in person and looked at houses. I was impressed with her professionalism & wisdom of the areas/homes we looked at. I would recommend her 100%. Jearri et Steve Bush helped me all the way - to stage the house - to post it on MLS - to pay extra to stage online to view different possibility of putting furniture... To help me find workers if I needed it to paint - clean - whatever. After the sale they helped me with finalized my move - spent a whole day practically to help me - I am a widow - I can't tell you enough what they did for me. I recommend them to anyone - they are superb - trust me I bought and sold a lot of homes and they supported me all the way.

Jearri and Steve were excellent agents. They kept us informed every step of the way. They shared their expertise in helping us decide how to price our home. They provided us with an extensive market analysis for our area. Jearri went to our home prior to every showing to make sure everything was in order. She even blew the leaves off our driveway and walkway before each showing. We could not ask for better service. We highly recommend Jearri and Steve.
