Darryl was a delight to work with from the first moment through to the last signature. He knew where to look and where to bypass. We felt like we could trust him to absolutely help us with this purchase following our first meeting with him. It seemed as though we could call him with an address inquiry and he'd have an appointment arranged in a few hours later the same day. He was very attentive to our "must have's, would like, and not interested". Truly, he was very fast in responding to our every question or request within minutes via text or call. He was also very knowledgeable about area contractors for multiple upgrades that we were interested in. If he didn't have an immediate name and number, he followed up with some options without delay. Darryl was great to work with, we found a house very quickly and closed in under 30 days. In a very short time Darryl felt like a trusted family member. Lot's of fun to work with, his attitude was one that always assured us that he had our best interest in mind. We're looking forward to completing our upgrades and having him over for the "big unveil". We would recommend Daryl in a heartbeat to anyone asking for a reliable, trustworthy and thorough relator.

I would not recommend Darryl Hunt "Downtown Darryl". He clearly demonstrated that he did not have my best interest in selling my condo. His interest was for the buyer and the buyers agent. Not mine.

I have worked with Darryl for 8 years now - thru the sale and purchase of 3 homes, and now the purchase of an investment property. For every transaction, Darryl has been incredibly knowledgeable about the market, and a great resource for advice and guidance. Even after the sale, Darryl is always available for advice. When it was time for house shopping, each time Darryl was always available and in constant communication with me. Darryl's advice on other items - home staging, target price, etc - has always been spot-on. I don't think I would ever consider going to one of the big chain realtors, when I know Darryl provides better service and treats me as if I'm his only client (tho I know I can't really be his only client). The property specifically related to this review is an investment property to be rented. During the home search, the escrow period, and even after the close, Darryl has provided me tons of tips and great advice to make the rental property management process a lot easier and to take some of the uncertainty out of the equation.
