Working with Kerri was a positive experience. I needed a property in less than a month in the Gainesville area that was close to the UF campus. It is difficult to find a property that soon and at a good distance from campus, but Kerri was very patient with us and always presented us with new options. Kerri was patient even though after two days of showing houses to us we decided to look in a much lower price range. When welowered our budget she didn’t blink just kept showing us houses. We are from out of state so she went the extra mile and showed us property on FaceTime. The market is so competitive and we for sure weren’t Kerri’s most lucrative buyers but she never made us feel that way. She was quick to respond to my multiple texts as we combed through available property on line. She never gave up on us even when some of our offers never materialized. Eventually with Kerri’s help we found our forever home in a great area of Florida. She walked us through every aspect between bid and closing. We are strangers to Florida but with Kerri on board the whole process was less intimidating. I would and will recommend Kerri Africano to any home buyer at any price point, she is the best 🏡
