Kerri Africano was fantastic from start to finish. We had never worked with her before and are so happy that we got the chance to do so. Everything went smoothly throughout the whole process of buying a property. She set up multiple appointments on days that were convenient to us. She was a great communicator and was available whenever we called. She was knowledgeable about houses and neighborhoods and local ordinances. She facilitated an easy transfer between the trustees of the house we decided on, and worked with the seller's agent and title company behind the scenes. She arranged for a survey of our plot when no one was available, and at a good price. She also suggested a local house inspector who was top notch....And she made us laugh throughout the whole process which actually wrapped up very quickly in this crazy market!
