Dawne is incredible and absolutely necessary to have on your team! Being new to the area, I met many agents at open houses I attended before meeting Dawne, but not a single one impressed me enough to want to work with them... I can honestly say that I came to trust her opinion on certain properties and situations that I would not think of making a decision without her professional advice. I appreciated that so very much! As an added bonus, she has incredible industry partners that she can recommend, and who are equally reliable and wonderful to work with to ensure your transaction will be smooth, and that you'll close on time. I was just so relieved to work with someone so great during the most difficult time to buy a home. It was a long search, but Dawne stayed committed to finding just the right home. I think it's also important to note that the seller of the property I ended up buying was also a Realtor, and she took the time to mention how professional and wonderful Dawne was to work with as well. It's one thing to hear it from a buyer who is overjoyed that they found and successfully closed on a home they love, but it's another hearing it from someone who is on the other side and all the other moving parts of this transaction.
