Victor Borerro worked tirelessly to sell our very difficult-to-sell house. Not only did he sell it, but he got the price we needed. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and even when we lost hope he never did. I highly recommend Victor Borerro for his determination and integrity as a realtor.

Mrs. Baker was very profesional she has knowledge on what she does. I explained to her what we were looking for, location price and house size she negotiated on our behalf and got us exactly what we were looking for. We seen lots of houses for 3 months until we found the right house thanks to Mrs. Baker. She was ver helpful explained the process answered all my questions and kept me informed of any details she walked us through the whole process and made it as easy as she could.. We’re very pleased with the outcome , I highly recommend Mrs. Baker.

Kerri Africano was fantastic from start to finish. We had never worked with her before and are so happy that we got the chance to do so. Everything went smoothly throughout the whole process of buying a property. She set up multiple appointments on days that were convenient to us. She was a great communicator and was available whenever we called. She was knowledgeable about houses and neighborhoods and local ordinances. She facilitated an easy transfer between the trustees of the house we decided on, and worked with the seller's agent and title company behind the scenes. She arranged for a survey of our plot when no one was available, and at a good price. She also suggested a local house inspector who was top notch....And she made us laugh throughout the whole process which actually wrapped up very quickly in this crazy market! I will definitely be calling Kerri if we decide to sell this property in the future, and I highly recommend Kerri to everyone out there looking to buy or sell a property in the Gainesville area!

Beata was a superb agent on our behalf. She worked with us to find just the right home. This was a remote buying experience, which she greatly facilitated by making sure that we did not make mistakes. She followed through by supervising the process, from the choice, to inspections, to closing, and even worked with us to get acclimated to the home and community after the closing. We highly recommend Beata to anyone searching for a new home in Gainesville, FL or any other place in the vicinity. Thanks Beata

The sale of our properties in Florida went smoothly and quickly Communication and papers were very transparent and left few unanswered questions When there were questions, feedback was prompt and the necessary support was provided. Tips, tricks and follow-up checks made it possible for everything to run smoothly Never felt like I was lost A small suggestion for improvement: Send the papers for the notary a little earlier especially for Germany As the period until the deal day in USA is a little tight Notary appointments in Germany are not easy to get and they take their time All in all a perfect service Thanks Dr Oliver Link
