Dawne helped us sell our Gainesville home from a far. We are located in the Tampa area and coordinated everything with her via phone and emails. Not only is her communication on point, she went above and beyond in all aspects of the transaction. From the initial prepping of the home for sale, which needed some minor things, she had her team of professionals already in mind to help. She scheduled and coordinated them to do the work, and she herself also helped to beautify the home inside and out to prepare for showings. Upon the listing going live, she did extra marketing outside of just posting it on the MLS for sale and waiting. This showed us her additional expertise to get the home sold. While the market was a tough one during our listing, she stayed on top of all prospects who saw the home, following up with other agents and potential buyers, did ongoing marketing and held multiple open houses. We truly believe that Dawne's professionalism, expertise and non-stop hustle is what ultimately got the home under contract. While under contract, she continued to monitor the process from start to finish, giving us updates along the way for the inspection, appraisal and any other news as she got it until the home officially closed. I have never been a fan of realtors but Rolando truly went out of his way to give us as much information to my family and I in the selling of my grandmothers house after my grandfather passed away. Sehr nettes, höfliches und kompetentes Auftreten von Fr. Knöpfler als Maklerin beim Verkauf meines Grundstücks in Ft. Myers. Der Verkauf gestaltete sich ein wenig komplizierter, weil die exakten Eigentumsrechte der vorherigen Eigentümers erst nochmals analysiert werden mußten. Aber auch diese Hürde wurde genommen aufgrund ihrer exzellenten Beziehungen zu den dortigen Behörden. Der schnelle Verkauf und die professionelle Vorbereitung der notariellen, online Abwickung sowie die online Vertragsunterzeichnung mit der Notarin waren überaus plausibel und einfach.
