Tamara knew what I was looking for because she was genuinely interested in making me happy to find the Home that I wanted. She has great communication skills motivated to find the perfect place, very professional , very prompt in replying with any questions or if we wanted to see a house, she worked on it immediately. Then when meeting for the closing, It was absolutely flawless. I highly recommend her. She made buying this house a very pleasant experience. One last thing, even after our house was purchased and we were moved in. She followed through to make sure we were happy and made sure that we did not need anything else which we did need help in one area and she was right there to help us, to see that we were able to be in contact with our builder. She is a Five star!

My husband and I just purchased our first home here in Gainesville, FL. We were truly blessed to be connected with Phoenicha as our realtor. We connected with her at our very first meeting. She was not only professional, but very personable, relatable, knowledgeable and very thorough. She is just a genuinely good spirit. She was always responsive when we had any questions and always stayed on top of anything needed to move us closer to obtaining our dream home. We had started the journey in pursuit of a different home, but due to the agent that we were dealing with and HIS lack of professionalism, we did not move forward with that home. To be honest, that was truly a blessing, but we did not give up and at the end of the day, that was not our home. However, Ms. Phoenicha kept it moving and stayed positive and we were directed to the home that we purchased, which by far, exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and wanted (we know that God was in this process too). The process leading up to signing the paperwork was so smooth, it felt unreal. I recommend Phoenicha Thorpe to ANYONE that needs a realtor. She not only became our realtor, but she became family, for life.

A very solid experience overall! My realtor was highly competent and helped me successfully sell my house. She was straightforward, managed the details well, and got the house sold without any major hiccups. If you need an agent who will get the job done right, she is a great choice."

We have used Dawne to sell multiple properties in and around Gainesville, and she never ceases to amaze us. For our most recent closing, her marketing was next level and the video and niche advertising were so effective she actually found our buyer all the way in Pennsylvania! Dawne always makes a complex process feel easy and we couldn't be more grateful for her expertise. I do not hesitate to recommend her if you are buying or selling property in or around Gainesville, FL.

I am so thrilled with my realtor Dawne Nuri. She just sold my house in two weeks and she was just as wonderful when she found that house for us 8 years ago. She takes a personal approach to working with you and your home. You can tell from the moment you meet her how caring and compassionate she is. She took care in making sure I had notice for showings and to ensure my cats were not let out. The descriptions she wrote about my house to advertise it were incredible. While reading them, I stated, "Wait, this is an amazing house. Maybe I should stay." I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. She is the only realtor I would recommend to my friends and family and I used to be a realtor.
