Jill worked above and beyond to help us find a home in the villages. She would face time us while we were in Wisconsin when we saw a home we wanted to see. She was great for keeping in contact with us throughout our search. When we found the home we purchased she did a wonderful job negotiating and keeping us up to date. She also was and is a wealth of knowledge on the villages and all the things you need to do with a move to another state. We could not have chosen a better agent. I was a first time new home buyer just starting on my own. I searched for a realtor to help me through this difficult time. I tried a few realtors in the Villages and outside the Villages. I was helped but with minimal effort. Just as I was about to give up I went to an open house where I met Jill Buckley. She told me that she would be glad to help me as I explained to her my difficulties. Jill was super welcoming and friendly and gave me the hope back to find that perfect home. Jill did exactly what she said. Jill worked hard, sent me messages daily of new listings and took me out after work quite often. One night she called and told me a new home just went on the market and we went to look at it right away. As I walked through the door, I fell in love at first site and made the offer. It was such a pleasure to work with Jill. She was very professional in every aspect. We had very specific requests for our new home and she sent us only the listings that would work for us. When we went to go look at the houses she showed up on time and well prepared with printouts of every listing. She was very knowledgeable of the area, surrounding areas, The Villages policies and briefed us on the way to each listing. When we made our final decision she negotiated a good price and I felt that she truly worked for us with our best interest foremost. The closing was smooth and she kept us well informed of all procedures and dates. What could have been a stressful time, Jill made seamless and easy.
