Did a great job of selling my house for me. Very realistic in their helping set the price for the home. Great ideas for staging and marketing. Were very quick to list the home, have open houses, and a high number of private showings. Over the years, I've bought and sold many properties, both in Florida and New York, and used many realtors in the process. I can say that Jill and Catherine are in the top 2 of everyone I've used. They're very quick to keep you informed through the process, and I found them to be the most level-headed of realtors that were always on the same page as me. I'd highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

I couldn't ask for a better real estate agent in selling my mom's home. I lived out of town and I relied on Jill and her team A LOT. She helped me navigate vendors for a new roof, she had a handyman on call when needed and she did a ton of open houses. The whole process was smooth and I felt like I was working with my sister. Hire her, you won't be disappointed! She's the best!

Hats off to our agent Jill Buckley! This was a long awaited success. It took approximately 2-3 years for Jill to get the listing as my 80 year old mother was finally ready to sell her home after much trepidation about moving north. Jill was patient and kind to her and helped assure her of the legalities involved. Jill was knowledgeable about the market, priced mom's house appropriately for fast sale, and was diligent to ensure completion of the second contract after the first one fell (through at no fault of mom). One of the advantages of using Jill, we all lived in different states and needed to all be on the same page before we could come to terms with the sale. Jill was happy to accomdate working as a collective group rather than one individual seller. As a realtor in another state, I can tell you, that can be tough at times. Jill conducted the sale as a professional but with a twist of humility and empathy toward my mother. She was also a valient watchdog for her property when before the contract was fully executed, mother moved north and left the house in great hands with Jill.
