Jill was fantastic from the start. We met Jill at our neighbors open house about 6 months ago and she really impressed us with friendly and honest she was. We were out one day and stopped at an open house and fell in love with the house, we called Jill to represent us. She was great negotiating a price for us, and with us every step of the way. She came to our home and made sure we understood every part of the contract, she also came to the home inspection. Whenever a question would arise she was great at responding to us quickly. Once they excepted the offer for the new house we wanted to purchase we had to put our house on the market. Jill came over to our house and explained all of the selling contract, walked through our home giving us suggestions on what things needed spruced up in the home, and suggested a price. Two weeks later we were ready to list, Jill came back out to see the changes we made. The photographer she hired didn't an excellent job with the pictures and the walking tour of the home. We listed the house and within 2 days a couple came through and said they were interested in the house. The sale of our previous house went smoothly and within a month putting in the offer for our new home we were all moved in. I would definitely recommend Jill to anyone looking for a house, she is an exceptional realtor.

There aren’t enough accolades to describe how Jill worked to assist me finding a home in The Villages. She deserves 100 stars. Jill was available 24/7 with any questions. Since I was not familiar with the area I relied on her judgment whether any homes she showed me would fit my needs. She was very patient explaining what to expect at closing & charges. I would definitely use her again to purchase a home.

Her market knowledge enabled me to put the sales price at an amount that would attract buyers. She is a "master communicator" who listens and shows a high level of empathy for the seller. She makes herself available to communicate with the seller at all times of the day, nights, weekends. She is able to assist with seller problems which may arise unexpectedly and helps to resolve them quickly and efficiently. I was so grateful for her services which extended far beyond typical realtor services. She and her partner Lori executed complete professionalism in preparing the listing, staging the home, conducting open houses, providing me with immediate feedback to my concerns, and conducting the closing. I am confident that I made the best choice in asking Jill to be my realtor. She was invaluable to me in helping me in all areas where I needed help.

Jill, is so easy to work with, she has a wonderful personality, is honest, and makes sure you understand every line of any contract or paperwork that you sign. She's always there to answer any questions that may come up. She even came to our home inspection. We even e-signed for closing(we were busy packing up for the move) she went to the closing and brought us copies of the signed papers and the keys, garage door opener, etc. for the house. She made everything so easy that when we decided to put our original home on the market 2 weeks later she was the one we chose again. She had wonderful pictures of our home done that we were selling and had an open house scheduled the day after it went on the market. By the next week we were in contract. I would refer Jill to anyone I know or anyone that even mentioned they were looking for a home or thinking of selling their home. They won't be disappointed if they chose Jill.

Jill always had our interests in mind. We were buying from out of state which provided a number of logistical challenges. Jill made videos of the home we were considering so we could get a better sense of the flow of the home. She worked with some of our local friends to help us get an unbiased opinion of the property.
