Catherine and Jill provided guidance and reassurance throughout the roller coaster of selling and buying our homes here in the Villages. Due to the Pandemic selling our home up north was delayed and that created a domino effect on our plan to sell our initial purchase here and then to buy a larger home home here. We loved the Villages and the area we initially bought in(Orange Blossom) but quickly realized we were not ready to not have a third bedroom or a garage.
