It was such a pleasure to work with Jill. She was very professional in every aspect. We had very specific requests for our new home and she sent us only the listings that would work for us. When we went to go look at the houses she showed up on time and well prepared with printouts of every listing. She was very knowledgeable of the area, surrounding areas, The Villages policies and briefed us on the way to each listing. When we made our final decision she negotiated a good price and I felt that she truly worked for us with our best interest foremost. The closing was smooth and she kept us well informed of all procedures and dates. What could have been a stressful time, Jill made seamless and easy.
