We set out to buy and sell ant the same time and were really apprehensive about the process, particularly navigating buying and selling at the same time. Rob met us at our kitchen table, reassured us throughout the process and really set out to understand our needs and wants. With his expertise and knowledge, we were able to negotiate for the house of our dreams and were able to sell our house within 7 days. Rob is super knowledgeable about real estate and a very hard working agent with a ton of experience. You just know it when you are working with him. Rob is a professional in the field and like I said you really appreciate that when you are looking at properties and want one of them to be your home. We looked at many different properties and Rob was very patient with us. Rob would tell us his thoughts on what he saw in each property. His insights were invaluable and he helped us find the exact right place for us.

Josh did absolutely everything a prospective home buyer could possibly want. He showed us houses that were what we wanted, but out of our price range, houses that were in our price range, but not quite what we wanted, and then, when he came across the unicorn, he called me ASAP, got us in for a showing that night, put an offer in and it was accepted the next day. He patiently answered my myriad of questions and at the end of the day, got us into the perfect house. I can’t recommend him enough!
