Brenda was our agent on our home we purchased in Sarasota, which was a short sale. We were from Maryland and had never even visited Sarasota prior to our home inspection. Brenda went above and beyond to get us through the short sale process while we were in Maryland and she in Florida. She visited the property for us multiple times and kept us updated via phone calls, e-mails and updated pictures of the house as well as pictures of things that she felt may be of concern to us. We settled in less than 4 months after our offer was accepted. She went out of her way to answer all our questions and address issues as they arose. She even provided us with a list of excellent contacts and contractors we needed to get through settlement as well as to start getting the house back to 100%.
