When we moved to Sarasota from Vancouver, Canada, Cory helped us buy our first home here, and has been endlessly patient and persevering in helping us as we look for a second home. Although we are experienced home buyers and real estate investors, we were unfamiliar with the Florida real estate market, and we found Cory to be very knowledgeable, well organized and extremely thorough, especially in the area of purchase and sale documentation. In addition she is a joy to work with as she is personable, very responsive, and someone you can count on to look after your interests. We can highly recommend Cory to be your realtor!

Julie is extremely familiar with the market area. She was able to direct my attention to the areas that had homes I could afford but would still met my criteria. Whenever I would find a new home I would like to look at, she would make time to meet me.

highly recommended from a friend in apollo beach... best decision I made was hiring Mr de barros prompt, loyal, knowledgeable, professional and an all around phenomenal agent. words do not express how satisfied I am with ricks services! A++ not to mentionot Rick was able to work around my crazy schedule as I travel frequently for work Rick was truly a blessing, worked with him for over 8 months... I thought my chances to find my dream home were becoming bleek. Rick found a property I had not seen, did extensive market comp analyses, we negotiated a remarkable deal and now i live in paradise... a dream I never thought I could attain. truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him. will be a friend/ neighbor/ my realtor (in future) for life in the Tampa Bay area!

Leslie was a pleasure to work with. This was our first house buying experience and she was very informative. She goes beyond with providing info in the area and explaining different types of buying (ex: Fanny Mae).

Sharon was responsive to all questions asked in a timely fashion. She was knowledgeable, listened intently to what kind of a house we were looking for, and found us one that fit our requirements in a well located neighborhood. She negotiates well and stays up to date on resales and new construction. When trying to decide between new construction and a resale, she helped see the pros and cons in both given our requirements. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house, apartment, condo, ranch property, new construction or resale in the Bradenton, Sarasota, Bird Key, Siesta Key, Long Boat Key, Casey Key and regions near Tampa.

Linda is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. She works very hard and often time beyond regular work hours. She did her best to accommodate every question that I have. I am very impressed by her professionalism. Even in the end the deal did not go through, she still thinks about her customer, not herself. I am very grateful of her.
