We have worked with Rick for 14 years, as buyers and sellers.
We are overseas investors so, didn't have much knowledge of the real estate market and processes. We chose Rick based on his excellent reviews at the time and we definitely were not disappointed. Rick has an excellent knowledge of the local market which shows in every aspect of his work. We’ve never worked with anyone so dedicated and professional. Instant communication always at the end of the phone night or day and nothing is too much trouble. If you want a real estate agent that is professional,reliable, honest and always goes above and beyond then I would highly recommend Rick.

Professional, Knowledgeable & Extensive Market Knowledge
Barb has the best communication skills, providing insights, facts and listens to your needs. She works with you as a partner, even if you are not located locally. She understands the area of your home, researches the properties within the area so that as a seller you know why your property is higher or lower than other properties in the area. She provided comps and facts in an objective manner, and devised a strategy that would list the house at the level preferred, but then created a strategy to modify it if needed. Barb made minor changes that resulted in an offer the first listing day. Then once the property went into contract, she managed other offers, and assisted in negotiations, providing guidance on what was necessary to complete the sale, again answering questions and helping find the best solution to issues. She helped the Buyers meet their tight schedules. I cannot imagine an agent doing a better job than the one that Barb did. I am forever grateful to her, and Coldwell Banker has won me over as future client and will be the Realtor that I recommend to friends and family.

A pleasure to buy a condo
Barb took a professional interest in our search of a condo at Palma Sola Bay Club. She eagerly showed us all the possibilities and guided us to the best way to make such a purchase a practicality and done deal. Without her guidance and knowledge, we probably would not have purchased a condo. She even took my suggestion that the gym was not up to serious exercise, cardio and muscular. I pointed out that other assoc's had such facilities. She acted on this and we happily bought our dream with a good gym.

Responsive, professional, and knowledgeable
Todd was very responsive to communication between us if it be email or text. He found houses that he thought we might like and showed us bigger parameters then what we were originally thinking. He was with us through all of the closing procedures. He also suggested some good companies to help us with the house after we closed. He's a very friendly and professional guy. He went the extra mile and helped clean my new house which was very appreciated while we were trying to move all the other stuff. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Julie is the most amazing realtor. We were so concerned on this military move and buying a house without being able to see it and she made it the best experience ever. This wasnt out first time with a realtor buying a house but it will be the only realtor we use in the future. She went so far above in assisting us with the pre love in projects and everything. Julie is the true definition of a heart felt realtor who becomes a lifelong friend. If you need someone to trust she's the one.
