Having lived in four states for the past 15 years, we have worked with many real estate professionals and many different scenarios. Mugsie Quinlan is without a doubt the finest agent we have worked with. This sale had some tricky situations pop up with the buyers financing, but she guided us through it all with great professionalism. Cannot say enough good about working with Mugsie.

Julie was terrific. She listed and sold our home in two days and at the same time she put us in our dream home. She is great to work with and always available to us. She has a great group of companies that helped us with everything from a loan all the way to closing. I highly recommend Julie.

Working with James was an easy task. He always responded to our call or text. When we had an interest in a house he would go to the house and video chat us because we live out of state. He made this process of buying a house very easy. We came for a weekend and we saw at least 24 houses and found the right one. James is very personable and very knowledgeable of Sarasota. James has become our new friend!

Bill negotiated the price we agreed on, gave us the best advise on purchase, came to bank to help us with transferring the fund for closing, came with us to title agency and helped us to open electric service in our condo!!! So happy with choosing Bill as our agent!!! We will recommend Bill to all our family and friends!!! Thank you, Bill!

Working with Julie to get our dream home as first time home buyers was amazing! She was always available whenever we had questions (and there were a lot)! She handled every obstacle thrown our way with ease and made the whole experience so fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Should we ever want to sell and buy again, I’d use her without thinking twice!

We sold a property in FL and lived in VA. Courtney went above and beyond to help us secure info we needed and to help us accomplish tasks that would have been impossible without her assistance. She jumped in whenever we needed her, with no complaints. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend her without hesitation

Julie was great as I moved from out of state and was able to better understand the neighborhoods. Very helpful with recommendations and organized throughout the home buying process. Would highly recommend and will be using in the future!

Mugsie Quinlan sold our house before it was even on the market! I can't imagine that it gets any easier than that! We were thrilled! She has been a tireless advocate for us through both the buying and selling processes. I would (and will) recommend Mugsie to anyone looking for a no nonsense, hard working, honest and knowledgeable agent. Candace Lillis- Sarasota Florida

Mary is a friendly professional that listens to what you are seeking in a home, and then works hard to help you find your dream. We have truly been blessed to have had Mary as our advocate during the purchasing process.

Julie recently did another great job for me! I had worked with her several years ago when I moved to Sarasota and needed a new home. Because that experience went so well, I decided to work with her again when I needed to sell. I'm glad I did! I was worried that the pandemic would make it difficult to sell at this time, didn't like the idea of a lot of people in my home and was concerned that I wouldn't get a fair offer. Julie helped me evaluate the market to come up with the right listing price. She made all the arrangements needed for great photos and to get my home listed while I was out of town. Before I made it home she had a full price offer and we were under contract. Everything from there to closing went perfectly and she was always responsive to any questions that I had along the way. I'm no longer in Florida, but if I was, I would call Julie the next time I needed help with a home!
