What a great person to have as a realtor! We came from Arizona in June and Barb has been in contact with us since March. We connected and we told her what we wanted and she hit the ground running. If you want a knowledgeable, professional, and exceptional Real Estate Agent, you have to hire Barb Eberhart. What a beautiful lady...inside and out. We started in Bradenton and bought in Port Charlotte and she was familiar with all the areas in between too! Thank you so much Barb and Coldwell Banker!

This is our 4th interaction with Jess from a selling and buying standpoint. We couldn’t be happier with everything she’s done for our family. She’s proactive about selling, and is continuously following up with innovative ideas to seal the deal. We have recommended numerous friends and family who have in turn recommended others. Working with Jess IS working with family. If you want the Best - Hire Jess!!!

Cheryl paid attention to our special needs and got our condo sold quickly, for a great price. She is getting ready to list another of our properties. She touches base with us regularly and that is most appreciated.

We were looking for a new home in a specific community in North Port, Florida. We had been living in Deerfield Beach on the East coast. To find a new place 200 miles from our home was a challenge. We looked at a few realtors on the internet and selected Anytime Realty. Cheryl worked with us for over 10 months. She would send us listings she found and if the houses looked like a possibility we would pack the car and head out for a 200 mile ride. We made many trips to North Port and Cheryl never gave up on us. She kept providing listings. We think she thought we were looking for a needle in a hay stack. But, she never gave up. Cheryl was accommodating and always had 2 or 3 places or more for us to see on each trip. Cheryl always did her homework and usually had answers to our questions. If she didn't she would get the answers and get back to us quickly. We would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house on the Sun Coast.

Mugsie was a pleasure to work with. She was helpful, always accessible and most important delivered. I have another property and when I sell, she will be the only person I will consider to list my property. I strongly recommend Mugsie to anyone contemplating any real-estate transaction

Rick De Barros came highly recommended by a good friend of ours that recently purchased a home in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. He had several listings in the area which speaks volumes about the work he does. Rick is a true professional in his approach while having the patience and soft touch too as this is an emotional process and decision as well. Rick and team kept us 110% informed and the attention to details was far above any other realtor that we have ever worked with. Rick truly acted as if this was his own home purchase and walked all the steps with us. Linda is an important player on this team and deserves the credit for helping make this a stronger team. Nothing but positive in this Buyer/Broker relationship.

Todd went above & beyond for months to help my family find us a new home. Over those months we learned that Todd is a very professional but friendly person. He was also with us through-out our closing process making sure that we understood everything. My Family would recommend Todd to help with your buying or selling of properties.

Leigh Anne was great at finding, as well as, acquiring times for us to view properties we wanted to see. She was willing to go above and beyond our expectations to help us negotiate and find the right home.
