Daniela managed the sale of our property at 6525,Berkshire Place.University Park.Throughout the process her approach was totally professional-she kept us appraised of what was going on in the market with comparable sales in University Park and conducted frequent open houses, and yet maintained a friendly and smiling demeanour which put us at ease. Our situation was more complex than most.Because of the Covid19 Pandemic we had to return to the UK at very short notice in March, and were unable to return for the closing and handover. All our personal belongings, furniture and fittings, kitchen utensils, etc. were in the house. We decided that the easiest way to deal with the situation was to give the entire contents of our house, including personal effects,to charity.Daniela stepped up and managed it all,and we really appreciate all she did for us.It is fair to say that had it not been for Daniela,we would not have had the smooth transition that we experienced. Based on our experience we have no hesitation in recommending Daniela to anyone that is considering buying or selling a home.

Shari was very thorough in giving us an overview of the neighborhoods and homes available to us in Lakewood Ranch. She rendered valuable insights into the various neighborhoods which made our decision much easier, quicker, and clearer. She was very personable and hospitable and now will be one of our neighbors! We highly recommend Shari for her expertise and caring.

Mugsie's attention to detail is superior. Her broad experience gave us a real sense of security that she would always have our back. In addition, her communication skills guided us every step of the process and her professional wordsmithing painted a clear picture of our home and its features. Mugsie knows the profession through and through and is always a step or two ahead of everyone's thinking. We are so happy we were able to use her skills and enjoy her personality for the third time!

Knowledgeable about what we were looking for, was able to negotiate certain upgrades. Kept the seller engaged when we faced external delays, so we didn't lose the property.

From the minute you meet Jessica you know she's working for you and your best interest. She knows it's important to go back and revisit some of your decisions before you make that final purchase. She listens to all your detail request, finally you have the woman who hears you, isn't that what we all want...our home... without a doubt Jessica is the one to do this.
