I can't speak highly enough about Julie Franklin! She is an excellent buying and selling agent. Over the past two years we both built/purchased a home and sold that home utilizing Julie's expertise. In the spring of 2020 we decided it was time to sell the family home in Florida and move our elderly parents to Michigan, our full time residency. It was a difficult time to put a house on the market, but Julie was there to guide us every step of the way. After navigating the issues around the Pandemic, we re-listed the house in June and had it sold by July at $10k over asking. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about the area and very hands on when it comes to negotiating. He listened to our needs, wants, and questions to get a better understanding of how best to manage our home sale. Joe is no non-sense as it pertains to unrealistic buyers and didn't waste our time with showings that weren't qualified. As a family with children and immune compromised family members, he was able to keep us safe during this process and only brought in serious buyers. I would definitely use Joe again and recommend him to my peers.
