My wife and I have been through the home buying process just earlier this year and this time we were determined to find a realtor that would make this process enjoyable and exciting. Since my first interaction with Rick De Barros I was thoroughly impressed. He did not miss a single item, request big or small. On time and followed through every request and even was able to read in between the lines on some of our requests (differences between my wife and I). A real professional from start to finish. Rick was able to accommodate my wife and us as a younger couple and also my parents who helped through the process. He was able to balance all age groups in my family. I wanted to ensure I had a local expert in the area that could answer all my little questions that add up to make big differences. Rick De Barros was able to answer small questions about matching door handles and large questions like the different types of roofing attachments to help with homeowners insurance premiums. Rick was also able to assist us in reading the land survey and the architectural plans on the house. This guy is the real deal and made the home buying process a real pleasure. "Rick constantly went above and beyond. There were many challenges that Rick handled personally because I was living in Ky and could not be there. He dealt with pool guys, roof guys, plumbers, exterminators, tile guys and painters-just to mention a few!! When I first spoke with Courtney I hadn't decided if I wanted to sell my home and was simply hoping to get some basic info. Not only did she take the time to answer all of my questions (she's extremely knowledgeable) but she never once made me feel pressured and she even provided a thorough run down of what I could reasonably expect to get for the house, a breakdown of all fees as well as what I could expect from the process. I took another month or so to determine if I wanted to put it up for sale and she never once made me feel pressured or bothered. Once I gave her the green light it was off to the races! We had a photographer swing by in a matter of days, had the house listed within a week, an offer in the first few hours and under contract within 1 day of listing it! I even received more then what my ask price was! From there the entire experience was seamless and stress free! With all that in mind, I highly recommend working with Courtney!
