I wholeheartedly endorse Barb as a realtor and also someone that is very easy to work with. For our transaction, she helped to get us into the house the first day; and helped us succeed as the buyer. We closed with no problems. Thanks, Barb. Your services are appreciated.

Rick and Linda did a great job selling my home. Rick was knowledgeable about my neighborhood and was able to share the unique opportunities it provided to the buyers in the market. He was always on time and handled the sale professionally to closing. I would highly recommend their team.

From the day we met until our closing Amy was the consummate professional. My wife and I were very impressed with her overall knowledge of the immediate area and what would possibly meet our expectations. Amy was prompt with setting up places to see and so helpful in pointing out the positives as well as her concerns with each showing. We felt bad with all the texts and calls we made to her; but Amy was consistently quick in getting back to us. With her experience in redoing properties that her and her husband, Jason, have purchased, she shared her list of workers with specific skills. We are so pleased with the condo we ultimately settled on and could not have selected a better agent to assist us. We highly recommend Amy Mersman to anyone looking to purchase a property in southwest Florida.
