I was impressed with Rick’s level of knowledge and the amount of data he had on AMI. He was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call me back no longer than 5 minutes later. We didn’t know what we wanted when we first talked to Rick, but he worked with us to make our goal of owning on AMI a reality. He was also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements Rick was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
