Rick assisted us in the purchase of a single family home. His follow-up, communication and ability to overcome obstacles was extremely helpful. We happily give Rick 5-stars, and hope you will give him the opportunity to help you and your family. Rick has many knowledgeable contacts (and contractors) that may be able to solve any inspection questions, quotes and repairs. You will be in good hands with Rick...

I have used and referred Marla Dobbs as a realtor to friends and family both. Most recently I had the pleasure of utilizing Marla for an investment property. She has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry, the rules and regulations as well as financing. Marla's professionalism and communication are beyond great.

We were from out of town and Karen helped us buy this beautiful home after searching many homes in various cities for about 6 months. Always willing to go do a video walk through. Helping us with contractors, inspectors, insurance, etc. Stayed with us every step of the way until we finally found the right fit. Once we did find our new home, she was as happy as we were. What a gem!

Brooks did a fantastic job of selling my vacation home. She is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous in her interactions. She went the extra mile in arranging some repair work for our home since we live out of state prior to the inspection. Brooks communicated with me frequently to keep me informed of all activity on our sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Scotty excels at understanding the Sarasota market conditions and provides a solid basis for pricing a home correctly. He is not afraid to critique a home's appeal to potential Buyers. This is what a homeowner truly needs to attract a broader market interest. Scotty is proactive in seeking feedback from potential Buyers and actively follows up with Buyers agents. His listing emphasized the highlights of our home and the photographs and videos were beautiful. We would not hesitate to work with Scotty again, we highly recommend him. Not only did we find him a pleasure to work with, but the closing agent at the Title company commented that he was the best Realtor she has ever worked with. Scotty is a true gem, run, don't walk !

Leigh Anne Rodgers is truly a real estate super start. She not only helped us along the process of purchasing our new construction home but was also an ever-present advocate on our behalf. She was an excellent resource as we moved to Florida from another state, providing guidance on all facets of our move. Leigh Anne is truly a professional, who tirelessly worked on our behalf to ensure a successful outcome. She will always be our "go to" real estate agent, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of her services.

Very easy communication. Quick response to any question. Karen was very helpful through all the steps of buying a new build home, represented me when I could not be present in person and offered guidance in some decision making.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brooks and I cannot express my gratitude enough for her exceptional service throughout the entire process. From our very first meeting, it was evident that Brooks was committed to providing a positive experience for us. One aspect that stood out about Brooks was her punctuality. No matter the distance, she would always make it a point to arrive on time! She would drove all the way from Sarasota to St. Pete to accommodate our schedule for showings. This level of commitment and flexibility truly made us feel valued as clients. Not only did Brooks ensure our convenience, but she also facilitated a quick and seamless closing on our house. Her expertise and thorough understanding of the real estate market allowed us to navigate through the necessary paperwork and processes smoothly. Brooks was patient with our questions and took the time to explain everything we needed to know, leaving us feeling fully informed and confident in our decisions. Throughout the entire journey, Brooks exemplified professionalism and dedication. Her attention to detail and personalized approach made us feel like we were his top priority. We had a very positive experience work with Jeff and Carla. They recently helped us find a home in South Sarasota in a very short time frame. A pleasure to work with and very responsive during the entire process.

elocating across the country to our Florida dream-home because of Karen PulferMy husband began browsing homes in Florida a few years ago. I never dreamed that I would leave coastal California. While speaking with Karen via phone one day telling her about all of the features that I would need in a home she said, "You simply have to visit." So I planned a vacation, but in the meantime, Karen videotaped numerous homes for us to look at. She listened to me and knows her market. I fell in love with Punta Gorda immediately and we began a nine-month search until we found our dream home. The long-distance business relationship turned into friendship. Naturally, we had questions. Karen found answers. No gracious gesture seemed too much. I have so much to share, but here is a clincher. She wrote the offer on our home while in the middle of the atlantic on a pleasure cruise-ship. When I flew down to see our home Karen was with me through the inspection and then every step of the closing process. We couldn't have been in better hands.Verified by RateMyAgent
