Mike was absolutely wonderful! I am out of state so it wasn’t easy for me to look around at a bunch of houses and neighborhoods. Mike was incredibly kind, helpful and patient, he did videos of home and sent them to me to see houses, and when the right one came along he was right there with me through the whole process! I didn't have one hiccup throughout the process. Not being able to be in the state he was there for everything. He set 99% of everything up, was there for inspection to final walk through. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional! So grateful I got to work with him! Would recommend hands down to anyone looking from in or out of state!

I bought a Townhouse in Sarasota Florida while I was living out of state (California). During the process of acquiring the house , Amy assisted us contacting the seller of the property and fulfilling all the requirements needed to complete the purchase of the house , no time zone difference or conflict of schedule/ time hinders Amy to help us find and purchase our new home. Late at night calls regardless of week days or weekends, she was very accommodating, she became our eyes and ears with the development of our new construction townhome. I will not be able to buy my new house without her being on our side every step of the way. She is very kind , a good person , and beautiful inside and out. She became our friend, who we can rely on.
