While speaking with Karen via phone one day telling her about all of the features that I would need in a home she said, "You simply have to visit." So I planned a vacation, but in the meantime, Karen videotaped numerous homes for us to look at. She listened to me and knows her market. I fell in love with Punta Gorda immediately and we began a nine-month search until we found our dream home. The long-distance business relationship turned into friendship.
