We spent two full days looking at homes, some of which Joe selected and some that we saw on Zillow. Joe made sure we were able to access the various communities. Once we decided to make an offer, he also recommended (at our request) attorneys, and we found an excellent one from those choices. Also helped us with home warranty, extra landscaping that we needed, roofers for minor correction and much general local advice. I highly recommend him.
