Diana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism, communicating with us throughout the process. She made the process so smooth, I didn't even realize how much work she had to do to make everything seem seamless on our end. Diana also has been a wonderful resource to someone new to the area.

Brian went above and beyond to close our property. This was a difficult one and he made it happen! Super easy to work with and honest. Always took time to explain things. Can't say enough good things about him. Was available at all times and quick with responses.

Courtney was right on top of matters and available to answer any questions - and there were many! Selling a property in FL when you don't live in FL was intimidating to say the least. I knew after our first conversation that Courtney was the one to help us through all the rigmarole. She's pretty fabulous at what she does.

My father passed away in 2021, and I needed to sell his home. My challenge was navigating the sale from 2000 miles away. I reached out to a friend who is a retired agent for a referral, and she found Barb. I remember my friend telling me that Barb was an old-school agent who actually answers her phone. Barb made the entire process easy from start to finish. She is professional, responsive, and thorough. Barb understood the market, where to price the home, and how to bring it to market. We had multiple offers within the first 24 hours, and Barb helped me navigate through to the best offer that presented the best and easiest outcome. As a result, we were closed within less than 3 weeks. I will be forever grateful to Barb for making this an incredibly easy process during a difficult time for my family.
