Brooks provided top notch realty service with the upmost in professionalism and courtesy. She went out of her way to determine my priorities in a vacation home and then to find homes that met and exceeded my expectations. She always responded promptly to my calls. She even did virtual walk-throughs on properties via FaceTime so that I could see them without having to come from out of state to view them. Joe was the ultimate real estate professional in all aspects of the transactions. He provided and explained market conditions, provided us with real estate opportunities when we were purchasing, determined accurate market value of the properties, and developed a plan of action on how we should acquire them. He provided invaluable advice on determining the bid to offer. He continued his excellent advice and followup through the closing of the properties. Concerning the sale of the properties, he also exhibited his professionalism and knowledge of the market. He developed individual sales marketing plans for each property and worked with us in determining selling price. Through his diligence, we sold those properties very quickly and at or more than we had expected. It's our opinion that Joe Cinque is the best real estate agent that we have ever used. From start to finish, Marla worked hard to help us find our perfect home. We were living up north, so we needed a realtor who would help us long-distance.
