Bob listened to my needs and found for me the home of my dreams! He really took the time to understand what I wanted and then made it happen. He was extremely easy to work with - When I buy my next home, he's the only agent I would ever consider!

Barb hung with us for over a year as she helped us navigate the very hot Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton real estate markets. Her advice and counsel were instrumental in our ability to finally purchase our perfect home.

Coming from out of state to buy a home is very stressful. Courtney helped to eliminate that stress. She listened to what we were looking for and took us to a variety of locations. She showed us new construction as well as resale properties. After deciding on a new build, Courtney stayed with us every step of the way. Communicating with the builder, arranging a home inspection, and meeting us at our closing. We are very fortunate to have had Courtney on our team to stay on top of things since we were not able to be there. We would highly recommend her to friends and family and would not hesitate to call on her again if needed.

Starla is Marla Scalone. She is our realtor we nicked named her this because she is real star realtor. We had to get our house sold fast because we found our dream home. She was able to get that under contract with a 3 week contingencie in a sellers market. This sounds like a standard sale but it was far from standard. We had a tenant and family in there that she was going to have to work around. Then our tenant found their dream home. It must have been in the air so fortuantely they moved out. We had to get the place cleaned up. We had her handyman go there and do repairs. She felt the landscape needed to be replaced including sod so we were lucky to get Life Lawn Sevice and they did an amazing job in a very quick time frame. Then she was off to the showdown with only 2 weeks left. She had some looksie loze, some looking for a relator, some that seemed like really good possibbilties, some on the fencers that kept coming back, some Cape Coralers, and some people enjoying her wine and stawberries. It wasn't until the very last day. This is about the time we were both so stressed so she helped to calm us down. We still had a really strong faith in her. That night she got us under contract. She is truly amazing. Starla earns every star, all 5. She advices you on what needs to be done and consults you on each step of the way. She is Starla ours/yours 5 star realtor. I highly reccomend her and I would use her again. She is extremely knowledgable about the market conditions, honest, and loyal to her clients besides she knows that whole area by the back of her hand. We followed her from house to house while she was on speaker in the car and gave us the tour it was very interesting and informative also fun. Marla is fun. Professional and fun. She will be your best friend for 3 months or like most of her clients forever. Need the best Realtor call Starla!!!!! I dare you to try her. You will love her.

Whether you are looking for your dream home, selling your home in a hurry, or not sure what you are looking for, you need, Marla, your quintessential 5 star realtor. She can do it all. She knows the area like the back of her hand which is extremely necessary. Knowing 90% of our questions and finding out the other 10. One of my most favorite things about her is she listens to her customers. She is loyal to her customers. She understands how stressful this can be and gives you the support you need. I first met her over the phone and she talked me out of selling which would have been the wrong time. When I saw the next opportunity like our neighbor selling his house for 1.2m. She was ready to help us make it happen and what a journey it was. Selling, buying and renting she does it all. She gets it done. We had to have a house sold in 3 weeks, getting us an under contingency contract in this market, goes the extra mile to make you happy and she makes it happen. We are also transplants so we needed to also learn how another state does things and she helped us with those steps. We nicknamed her Starla our 5 Star Realtor.

Brooks provided top notch realty service with the upmost in professionalism and courtesy. She went out of her way to determine my priorities in a vacation home and then to find homes that met and exceeded my expectations. She always responded promptly to my calls. She even did virtual walk-throughs on properties via FaceTime so that I could see them without having to come from out of state to view them. I can’t say enough good things about Brooks caring and friendly service, and I highly recommend her!

Working with Dena and Sharma was definitely working with the dream team. This was my first home purchase, my husband's second. They were incredibly patient with me as I learned the ropes and didn't give up hope, and at times kept ours going in an extremely tough buyers market. Dena was attentive, creative, and knew how just how to seal the deal for us! 10 out of 10, we will be going back to Dena and Sharma for our future home purchases.
