Karen was a new real estate agent when she started working with us. Some may think that is a bad thing, but it ended up being the perfect situation. The real estate market had been fast paced and I think many agents started taking their clients for granted. Karen was so helpful to us. She didn't mind going to many homes to do video tours, and she did so with a smile every time. This is our first home in Florida and we learned as we went through the process. At no time was Wendy anything but professional. Wendy came into my life when I was going through a tough time. My husband had passed away. I needed an agent that could sell my house and understand my pain at the same time. She went above and beyond her job as an agent. She handled all with kid gloves and made the sale easy. We had a couple of bumps in the road, not her fault, but she never gave up. The sale was seamless and went thru easily. I can't imagine going through this without her. We used to say that if I wasn't moving out of Florida we would be friends, that was true. I highly recommend her as an agent with professionalism and also a heart. A good combination.
